Tim leads estimating and day-to-day operations at W.E. Neal Slate Co., drawing on nearly four decades of experience that began on the production floor. He is known for practical problem-solving and helping customers navigate projects with clarity and confidence.

Dan supports customers by coordinating production and inside sales, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through delivery. With more than 40 years at Neal Slate, he brings deep product knowledge and a steady, hands-on approach.

Pete leads sales at Neal Slate, drawing on 35 years of experience that began on the production floor. He works across sales, account management, and contract administration, helping projects move smoothly from quote to completion. Outside of work, he enjoys alpine ski coaching and spending time on the water with his black lab.

Gary manages contract, furnish, and install work at Neal Slate, helping projects move smoothly through completion. When issues arise on site, he enjoys being part of the solution. Gary has been with the company for 57 years and still values the people and the daily problem-solving.

Judd works with Neal Slate to bring the brand to life through clear messaging, product strategy, and marketing execution. With over 15 years of experience, including time a leading Office furniture manufacturer, he helps connect craftsmanship, customers, and growth.
